Every year, we set aside this weekend to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus because it is the heartbeat of our faith. The resurrection is more than a moment in history, it is the declaration that hope is stronger than despair, that love overcomes sin, and that life has the final word over death. Because Jesus rose, forgiveness is real, new beginnings are possible, and no story is beyond redemption. That’s why we make a big deal of it all weekend long: we gather to remember, to rejoice, and to be reminded that the same power that raised Christ from the grave is still at work today, bringing light into darkness and hope into every life. We would love for you to celebrate that hope with us.

What if you could sit with one of Jesus’ closest friends and hear firsthand what the resurrection meant to him? In this moving 90-minute portrayal, the Apostle John reflects on the empty tomb, the risen Christ, and the unshakable hope that carried him through exile. Discover this hope in St. John in Exile.
